Auctioneer Notes
Auction closes Tuesday, September 1st at 7 p.m. CST
This will be an online only auction to sell items prior to the real estate being sold on September 11.
If someone bids in the last few seconds before an item closes, the timing is reset for 2 min. giving others a chance to bid again. This mimics a live auction, where bids are taken until there are no more bids. Therefore, an item may not close at exactly 12 noon if there are still active bids being placed.
