Auctioneer’s Note
This On-Line Only Auction will soft close beginning at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 6.
Bidding Notice
There will be a 2 minute soft close on each lot. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
There will be a Bidder’s credit card on file will be charged in full immediately following the close of the auction. Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. accepts Visa and Mastercard. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. A 3% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to on-line purchases.
Shipping/Pick Up
The buyer is solely responsible for removal of their own purchases. ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Load Out will be available on auction day following the close of the auction. Additional Load Out Times are: Sunday, June 7th from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Monday, June 8th – Friday, June 12th: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. June 13th – 19th by appointment only. Items left on the auction yard after Friday, June 19th will result in a daily storage fee of $25/per day.
