NO SHIPPING or DELIVERY WILL BE OFFERED, ARRANGED OR CONSIDERED.
Buyer is solely responsible for the removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items. Loadout equipment will be available onsite; however, no heavy lifting or manual loading assistance will be provided by the auction company or its staff. Buyers must provide sufficient personnel and any additional equipment necessary to safely remove and transport their purchases.
All purchases must be removed during the designated pickup period. Items not removed during the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited and may be disposed of at the Buyer’s expense without refund.
FIREARM TRANSFER & BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS
Firearms will not be onsite until Preview Day. After the preview, all firearms will be transferred to Butch’s Guns in Woodward, Oklahoma, for the required background check and transfer process.
- A $35.00 background check fee will be charged to the buyer at the time of the background check.
- If you are an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee), please notify us prior to purchase.
- All firearm purchasers must successfully complete the required federal background check at Butch’s Guns in Woodward, OK, before the firearm can be released to the buyer.
- Firearms will not be released until all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
AUCTION DESCRIPTION
****PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID**** IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT or IF YOU PREFER TO PAY BY CHECK VS. CREDIT CARD add a ‘note to the auctioneer’ when you register. You must let us know prior to bidding! NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE to your card for ANY REASON.
This Online Auction will begin to conclude Thursday, September 10th beginning at 6 p.m. CST.
There will be a 2 minute soft close on each lot. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie ‘Max Bid’, the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first.
All items sold in their present condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
Invoices will be emailed immediately following the close of the auction.
A 4% Buyer’s Premium & 5.4% Oklahoma Sales Tax will be added to the total receipt amount. A 3% convenience fee will be added on all Credit/Debit card purchases.
Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. All invoices must be paid in full by 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 15th.
