IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION until 5 p.m. and will be held ON-SITE. Please ensure you have adequate means for loadout as there will be NO equipment onsite.
NO SHIPPING or DELIVERY WILL BE OFFERED, ARRANGED OR CONSIDERED.
The Buyer is solely responsible for removal of their own purchases. All purchases must be removed during the designated pickup period. Items not removed during the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited and may be disposed of at the Buyer’s expense without refund.
AUCTION DESCRIPTION
This Online Auction will begin to conclude Wednesday, September 23rd beginning at 12:01 p.m. CST.
****PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID**** You must let us know prior to bidding IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT OR IF YOU PREFER TO PAY BY CHECK VS. CREDIT CARD. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE to your card for ANY REASON.
A 4% Buyer’s Premium (capped at $500) & 6.5% Oklahoma Sales Tax will be added to the total receipt amount.
A 3% convenience fee will be added on all Credit/Debit card purchases.
All items will be sold in their present condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Final responsibility rests with the buyer to assess the condition of items. It is not possible to adequately describe in text or photos any items that may show use and wear. We recommend you personally inspect all items or enlist a trusted professional to do so on your behalf. There will be no options for refunds of any type. All sales are final.
There will be a 2 minute soft close on each lot. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie ‘Max Bid’, the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first.
Invoices will be emailed immediately following the close of the auction.
All invoices must be paid in full by 5 p.m. Wednesday, September 23rd.
Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
SHIPPING: We DO NOT provide shipping. Please ensure you have the ability to pick up items BEFORE you bid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
