Welcome to the Blue Valentine & Select Cow Horse Classic. We are very excited to present an excellent selection of weanlings, riding horses, and mares. We have genetics that range from Blue Valentine, Driftwood, Colonel Freckles, Shining Spark, Hydrive Cat, and Metallic Cat. If you’ve worked with us before we are grateful to have you back. If you’re new, we welcome you.
This Online Auction will begin to conclude Monday, September 1st beginning at 7 p.m. CST.
There will be a 2 minute soft close on each lot. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie ‘Max Bid’, the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Conditions of Sale –
Each horse sells to the highest bidder.
Auctioneer settles all disputes. All sales are final, horses are buyer’s property as soon as sold, and any costs that are incurred from that time forward are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment –
Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, Credit Card & PayPal. A 4% service fee will be added for all credit card and PayPal purchases.
Health Inspections –
Health papers with a Coggins test will be issued for all horses. Out-of-state and out-of-country buyers need to know their respective requirements and costs for transport.
Guarantee –
All mares sold as pregnant are vet checked by sale day. Pregnant mares are not sold with return privileges. Buyers are allowed to have a horse examined by a veterinarian at their expense, including having a pregnancy verified.
AQHA Registration & Transfer –
Registration papers and transfer forms will be mailed to buyers. Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Foals In The Sale –
We put a lot of effort into getting foals ready to be weaned. They are eating hay, grain and are spending time away from their mothers. They will be in good condition to complete
their weaning.
Loading Out –
HORSES WILL SHIP FROM LOCATION STATED. Special circumstances may be made only with Jason at the buyer’s expense and in writing.
When the auction closes, the horse belongs to the new owner. Any extra fees from that time forward for vaccination, vet/medical, farrier, transport, etc will be the responsibility of the new owner. If there will be a lengthy duration that the horse remains at its location on the day of the sale the following fees apply:
